like the Theinfamousone said, u gotta be more specific.
assuming u mean the messenger service within windows that can be used to send ads etc:
start menu - run, then type "services.msc" without the quotation marks.
then scroll down to the messenger service, and change its status to disabled. voila.
btw if u spent 30 secs on google u would have found this answer. its a common problem and even detailed in the MS knowledge base.
