    Problem with DC++ 0.232

    Recently when was trying to join a hub on DC++ the but the program terminates due something called an "unhandled exception". Basically it says a file called "exceptioninfo.txt" has been generated in DC++ folder. The options it gives me is to either reinstall the debug info (which i have done a couple of times) or that my windows does not support the functionality needed.
    BTW, my OS is win 2000.

    Anyway, I tried regular DC and it does work. I was wondering if anyone else has ran into this problem with DC++?

    Nevermind, I figured out the problem. The year on window's clock was off and was causing other problems all over the place.

    Kinda feel like bit of a dumbass for not checking that first, lol!

    My qualms are with the latest version (.233), because of the new feature allowing the user to enter a separate IP for searching and downloading. I didn't enter an IP for searches at first, because I didn't know the option was added. So, I added it after my searches failed a few times, even with common search terms, then restarted the prog. Still, nothing came up while trying to search. Thankfully, I still had the zipped .231 saved on my computer. I reverted to it, and all was right with the world once again.

    BTW, I hear you on the DC thing, @ Wolfie, I had the same unhandled exception, it happened to me a lot, I just moved it off the desktop best I could and went about my business, I haven't seen it since I upgarded to .233

    Where did you get the link for 0.233? The DC++ website has it up to 0.232 the last time I checked.

    EDIT: I just found it, nevermind.
