mac kdx behind isa firewall, say 'complicated'

this is the problem i have:

since the company installed a firewall (isa server)i cannot get into kdx, try something else, leech, you may say, but i had indeed more things to do there than just download stuff, so i did everything possible to put my hands on the firewall config... opened the port 10700 for kdx, returned to my area... ligth up the kdx and.... voila!!!! i sitll cant conenct

so i have one last chance to open my spot on the wall, but i dont want to miss it, because it might be the last one, so i will apreciate if you can help me with this issue

how should i configure the wall in order to enter to a kdx server?
