.iso burning, what is the best program?

What is the best program to burn iso files with?
I am using Windows XP and so compatibilty with a lot of the Burning programs seems to be a problem. Is there a way to burn .iso files using windows?.Probably not, Microsoft definately won't like most .iso files.

Thanks in advance for the help.

    hmm...

Will try Ezcdcreator, with XP update. IsoBuster is not a burner for .iso's as I thought. Its not even as good as WinISO which i personally prefer to use to open .iso files.

yeh i use winiso, although i recently used isobuster to make a cd bootable by extracting the boot process or something (i was slipstreaming sp1a into winxp).

does anybody know of a way to make clonecd burn iso's? it only seems to do ccd's :-(

    I use alcohol 120%

Alcohol brings new meaning to the word multimedia! It is without a doubt a leader in its class, bringing the ability to emulate and record CD's and DVD's together into one amazingly easy to use software program.

Using the latest technology the program is constantly being developed and improved to add in new features allowing it to maintain its position as a leading software package.

Imagine being able to store your most used CD's as images on your computer and then just call them up at the click of a button and run them at 200X the speed of some CD drives when you need them without requiring the CD itself. How about being able to make a backup of that CD on to another CD either using the CD itself or just using the image you've made of it. This is what alcohol allows you to do and much more.

ez cd creator is a good program. its just not as full-featured as nero. its more for the every-day user or the newbie.

as for programs, if its somthing you need for your pc, maybe you could just mount the image with daemon tools. saves a disc and the time spent burning it.

    hmm...

Can't say I have had much luck with Nero in the past.

Is it now compatible with Windows XP?

As for just making an image an using Daemon tools (which i already knowabout, and which i do like), i wanna make a cd copy so that if, in the unlikely event that my computer crashed, i would still have all my progs.
