hey all,
just wondering if you could help me out here. i am having trouble playing back video on all of my players. i never had this problem untill i had to have my comp re-formatted and have a windows re-install. certain files are fine but some have very choppy/slow motion playback. i have used g-spot and it says i have all the necessary codecs but still, they sooo slow and choppy. H to the E to the L to the P!
loving you gently,
masta of the poweful
Operating system? system specs? upgraded from what to what?
ok, im assuming you installed XP perhaps?
And another thing i will "guess"at, if everything was fine before, sounds like video drivers.
Post more "I to N to the F to O" and we maybe able to help you

Install the Mother Board drivers for your chipset, then make sure DMA is enabled in Device Manager for all drives, viola.
And like Psilaxs said, provide info.
