    DC behind router / firewall

    Hi,

just for me to get the information of this forum clear:

To get Active Mode work behind a router I have to adjust
    1) portforwarding for port xxxx on my router
    2) force DC to use port xxxx in the settings (connection tab)

Am I right? I want to know because I already tried that and it didn't work. But maybe that was because eDonkey is using the same port.

Setting up a Hub behind a FW

I'm gonna piggyback on your thread here for some help, I'm trying to set up a hub, but no one can connect to me, I'm pretty sure I've done everything right. Is it at all possible that my ISP could somehow be preventing me from running any kind of FTP services??

I tried both but still I don't get any results when searching for things like 'mp3' or 'sex'.

When using the passive mode I get results from the hub I am logged on to.

But I want more results than that because that's just too few...
