How do you go about uninstalling programs that don't show up in the Add/Remove programs menu? Specifically the ones that don't have an uninstall option on the start menu section.
well i'm a little foggy on this, but if I'm right you can check their folder in "Program Files" or wherever it is that you installed it and if you can't find some kind of uninstaller, chances are it was never installed in the firstplace or something got corrupted along the way, in this case you can probably just delete the folder and then do a Registry sweep/clean to be safe
delete the folder where you installed the program, usally program files, if you know any other files that correspond to the installation delete them to if they are not needed by any other programs. Also delete shortcuts, the only problem with this is you might still get left over crap that the program installed if i didnt come with an unistaller.

KazaaLite...(K++)
PTC client(Bittorrent)
Emule(plus mod)
Packetseek(IRC)
or as a LAST resort, you could get a uninstaller program and if the program you want to uninstall still runs properly, 2 to 1 you can uninstall it with that.
