I've notice lately that the Spam rule that is here hasn't been used much. There was someone the other day that was telling people to check out his web site and join the community, isn't that spam. I also spamed a couple times and did not get yelled at. Is the spam rule even a rule anymore? Or is it not being enforced much anymore?
