WILDOMAR - Four men were allegedly caught stealing a microwave tower from a Wildomar property today, causing several thousand dollars in damage.

Beau Christian Beck, 29, David Wayne Benjamin, 46, James Alva Lemoine, 46, and Sam Anthony Musia, 49 -- all of Wildomar -- were arrested around 5:45 a.m. after allegedly dismantling the transmission tower in the 32000 block of Green Harvest Court, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies were called to the location to investigate a report of trespassing and caught the suspects in the act, Sgt. Kenneth Chaffin alleged.

He said the owner of the microwave transmitter, American Tower, estimated the damage to be in excess of $3,000.
