Which country has the most lax copyright laws?

Just curious which country are you least likely to be sued by a copyright holder?

Well of the developed countries you can buy a vpn at.

I'm no expert, but personally, I would just go with a country outside yours, that has a low chance of cooperating with your country in the case that they are contacted.
I'm in the USA, so I'd go for Russia maybe? Personally I just use one click hosters or smaller private sites, and newsgroups (my preferred one!) and forget about VPN all together.

From what I've read (again, no expert here) if a copyright claim is filed against your vpn in that country, most of the time they drop the case when the figure out the source IP is outside their country, therefor, outside their jurisdiction so to speak.

Wait for some one more knowledgeable if you want more concrete information...
