Best Encrypted Overseas P2P VPN or Proxy?

So guys I just read they just passed that law where ISPs have to log all data for a year or more. I have been meaning to get a VPN or Proxy for P2P use but unsure of the best one any advice or recommendations?

128 bit encryption, seems to be very fast, ports are automatically forwarded, easy to set up. So far so good.
