hey all, i have an inquiry for you gurus who still might lurk on this forum.
i had to reinstall windows xp pro on my laptop, and i forgot to backup the itunes folder which contains my app information. without it, trying to sync my ipod apps results in itunes trying to wipe my current apps.
i was looking into data recovery, but i am unsure of what type of program would be helpful (if any). when i reinstalled windows, i overwrote the old windows folder but managed to keep most of my data (music, etc) on the hard drive after the fact. but upon searching for the appropriate folder that contains the data necessary to avoid deleting my ipod apps, i came up with no results.

Some of my Tunes on BitTorrent
2005 P2P writer and still alive.
Since you mentioned recovery, here is a great one that I have used several times. It has saved several of my hard to get files that I accidently deleted. (I am such a dumbass)
I have yet to figure why in the hell Windows puts the delete app just above the rename file app.
That one has caused me more grief then any other Windows crap.
Anway here you go people.
