There is no such thing as "Intellectual Property". The term is a political smokescreen
to try to make people forget that a copyright, patent or trademark is a licensed right
and not an object which can be "stolen". The only way you could steal one of these
rights is to lie to a court or government official in order to have them give you the right
without knowing they are being abused to take that right away from someone else.

Look closely at any document, office or organization that has "Intellectual Property"
stamped on it's cover and you will notice that they are always held and operated by
market interests who have no lawful authority to redefine existing laws or create new
ones to turn such rights into "property". The few groups who do get close to political
machinery are still nothing more than lobby groups trying to infiltrate governments of
their own and everyone else's nations, hoping that their undeserved pension plan
may someday be imposed in ways it should and must not against the public good.

That this is a real theft is why they try over and over again to start secret treaties at
an international level. Governments are not being tricked and international bodies
who know their responsibilities have already rejected these plans years ago so all
the thieves can do is try to create new tools to wedge between governments and
international organizations to force both to abandon their principles. This weak plan
will fail again if people know what they are doing so they try to smuggle it through
back doors as a done deal so that nobody who actually represents a nation can
negotiate them back to a rational and legally enforceable balance of rights.

Copyright is a lawfully temporary monopoly right with flexibility for the good of creators.
Patents give a lawfully temporary monopoly right with flexibility for the good of innovators.
Trademarks are carefully defined and controlled rights of maintaining an identity that lasts.
All three are balanced with reasonable, logical limits for the good of creators and the public.
"Intellectual Property" is an attempt to take these balanced rights from nations and people
and change them into permanent barriers to protect the wealth of sociopathic corporations
and parasitic people who cannot create or innovate, craving control without responsibility.

When you see or hear somebody use the term "Intellectual Property", take a close look
to see if they are among those trying to turn rights into something they can steal. If so,
don't listen to them and warn your friends about the liars. If the person is using the term
by mistake help them understand the lie so they don't end up turning against trademarks,
copyrights and patents, sharing the guilt and the fate of the thieves who are leading them.
If you don't, you can expect to find yourself without some of the rights you were born with, :high5:
no idea when they were stolen and no way to get them back. Can you do this for your kids?
