I also know of tones that will make you vomit and have headakes. I know some ravers perfer 120 BPM beucause that is what a we all here in the woom. Also when I smoke weed base sounds so good that you can feel it all over your body.

I was just at a Mudvane consert and it had the most violent mosh pits I have ever seen. I have seen Ozzy and System of a down.

Yeah, i think that "Hell Awaits" by Slayer is one of most powerful examples of agressive songs. Also check out some stuff by Polish band called Vader and if you want to really go nuts then your next stop will be music by Brutal Truth. Don't forget that musicians are not responsible for your actions after listening :)

If anyone ever wondered how I got my ZP name....

    Also:
    Deftones - Headup
StainD - Mudshovel (I'm not a great big fan of theirs, but this song is good, proving my Pantera theory [which I'll explain someday])
    Sevendust - Waffle
    Korn - Blind

Well I guess that everything DOES become clear in the end.. I always wondered what your name ment.

THE song that makes me want to destroy everything in site: Metallica - Of Wolf And Man.

Slayer (all of their early stuff)
    Vader (Forwards To Die, Xeper)
Deicide (Dead By Dawn, Mephistopheles, Dead But Dreaming)
The Crown (Body And Soul, Electric Night, Blitzkrieg Witchcraft)

Death/Thrash is good for stress relief.

I kind of enjoyed the fact that everyone thought I was really a bartender (which, for the record, I am not, though I can make some mean drinks).

Hands down, Slayer Reign In Blood in its entirety. A 26 minute trip to Hell--Angel Of Death, Necrophobic, Epidemic... and the my all-time favorite, Post-Mortem! An excerpt for the uninitiated

My sinful glare at nothing holds thoughts of death behind it
Skeletons in my mind commence tearing at my sanity
Vessels in my brain carry death until my birth
Come and die with me forever
    Share insanity

    Do you want to die!

The waves of blood are rushing near, pounding at the walls of lies
Turning off my sanity, reaching back into my mind
Non-rising body from the grave showing new reality
What I am, what I want, I'm only after death!!!

Kreator, "One Of Us" off of Terrible Certainty is up there too.

Rage against the Machine, "Murder In The Name Of" raises the blood pressure.

Butthole Surfers USSA...real puppy-kicking shit there.

But for sheer violence and inspiration to smash things to pieces, its gotta be Slayer. # 2 is

    Angel Of Death
    (Lyrics & Music - J. Hanneman)
    Auschwitz, the meaning of pain
The why that I want you to die
    Slow death, immense decay
Showers that cleanse you of your life
    Forced in
    Like cattle
    You run
    Stripped of
    Your life's worth
Human mice, for the Angel of Death
Four hundred thousand more to die
    Angel of Death
Monarch to the kingdom of the dead
    Sadistic, surgeon of demise
    Sadist of the noblest blood

    Destroying, without mercy
    To benefit the Aryan race

    Surgery, with no anesthesia
Fell the knife pierce you intensely
    Inferior, no use to mankind
Strapped down screaming out to die
    Angel of Death
Monarch to the kingdom of the dead
    Infamous butcher,
    Angel of Death

Pumped with fluid, inside your brain
Pressure in your skull begins pushing through your eyes
    Burning flesh, drips away
Test of heat burns your skin, your mind starts to boil
    Frigid cold, cracks your limbs
    How long can you last
    In this frozen water burial?
    Sewn together, joining heads
    Just a matter of time
    'Til you rip yourselves apart
    Millions laid out in their
    Crowded tombs
    Sickening ways to achieve
    The holocaust
    Seas of blood, bury life
Smell your death as it burns
    Deep inside of you
    Abacinate, eyes that bleed
    Praying for the end of
    Your wide awake nightmare
Wings of pain, reach out for you
His face of death staring down,
    Your blood running cold
    Injecting cells, dying eyes
    Feeding on the screams of
    The mutants he's creating
    Pathetic harmless victims
    Left to die
    Rotten Angel of Death
    Flying free

I of course in no way condone the Holocaust, this is so politically incorrect. But anyone who can listen to this without wanting to break stuff is unconscious or already dead

Give the Irish band "Therapy?" a try. If you keep in mind that these guys aren't serious at all, the lyrics are both hilarious and 'naughty', while the music can really make you get over moods of angryness.
