some of it is in japanese, but it works fine..and not hard to figure out. I have included a command list, not all commands have been verified...but im currently running it in a vladd44 test room.
ALso no Alt-0160 spaces in name..will block users who have them,
There are also auto kick of non sharers ..u can turn on or off.

In yout .txt there are not enought info on how to use that soft, can u be a bit more specific thx :)
just put the 2 corresponding dlls into winmx program folder.
then u can use the gif file for translation purposes..it shows u what commands are available.....
If you have any probs I have been hosting my room for 2 days with it. Vladd44 with a few symbols in front to raise it in listing. ne1 there will b able to walk u through proccess if im not there.

Think ne1 would be interested in a winmx anti-leech tool that has options far surpassing mxlinx. Its strictly Anti-Leech with auto start capabilities for specific users.
Can set according to several different parameters.
It is in Japanese, but easy to set, and actually once set, its langues is not an issue.
There is already a precise (far more precise than for chat admin txt file that was rushed.) description of how to set it up..along with what each slot stands for.
I also have several chat tools, Including the WinMX chat only client, no ul or dl strictly chat, but it does have the capability of playing sounds etc. nothing great, but it has uses.
Also A program that extracts many WinMX actions into a third party enviroment.
There is a trading tool, but i hesitate to spread it bc IMHO its affect could be adverse to the cummunity as a whole.
If there is a demand for these..and a few other tools that I havent worked out what they do...lol I can make them available at my site for dl.
