Here Lies the Open Sign Up Thread.

Please post the stats and rules for non-English sites or for trackers with unique requirements.

Please do NOT copy / paste old stats from the old thread to this one and please CHECK the site to see if it's actually open (Or still in existance) before posting.

A site that can tell you (with an 89% probability of being accurate) when a tracker is open. Some on the list give false positives, so once again...check before posting.

This is simply a very large list of trackers. It doesn't mean they are open. That's for you to find out. It's just a list.

...To recap, this thread replaces an older thread and is different in that it has some requirements.

The requirements help everyone keep track of:
1) what's REALLY open at the time of posting
2) what is REALLY in the site one might want to sign up for
3) dont post a sign up if you're not a member there already!
4) always use the Search This Forum feature to see if your site was recently posted
5) dont beg for an invitation or it's off to the electric chair for you

HelenaP has poured a lot of efforts in to sustaining this for people that want to find better BT content. Please follow the rules and make a decent contribution. We would like some site stats and if the site has English rules please post them.
