    Sons of Maxwell were travelling via United in 2008. The lead singer saw baggage handlers tossing around his guitar, and sure enough, when he retrieved it on arrival, it was broken. After trying to negotiate with the airlines unsuccessfully for months, he decided to exact his own revenge:
