I lost my Sandisk USB stick

I had a 4 GB Sandisk USB Cruzer with U3. I had a password on the stick, although not an overly complex one. To get to the point, I lost it. I'm wondering if the person that finds it would be able to bypass my password and access my data. The U3 firefox had all my favorites saved with passwords. Should I be worried or will they have to format the stick to make it work. I tried posting on Sandisk's forum, but haven't had an answer in 3 days. Any ideas?

Rack, is the stick just password protected or actually encrypted?
I know there is a U3 customizer which is designed to hack these type of drives. How effective all depends who is handling the drive?

Unless the someone who finds it was hell bent on it, I'd bet the majority of whoever finds it would just format the stick and start over, happy that they found one and not caring what had been on it beforehand.

As mfgbypooter said, if some one wants in, they will get in. Most will just format it.

If it were me, I would go ahead and change my passwords just to be safe. The fact that they are out floating around in the real world wouldn't sit well with me....
