Who wants a iPod/iPhone touch jailbreak/carrier unlocking guide?

This is a poll to determine if Forum members would like me to write a guide on jailbreaking and unlocking any iPhone/iPod touch to use any sim card from any provider. (except 3GS, sorry)

I've got my done already, but it would be a nice thing to have.
For jailbreaking, you may consider instructions for both types of current firmware (2.2.1 and 3.0. Some people may still be running with the older firmware). There is a bit of a difference involved as far as j/b process.

I don't know about another carrier (wouldn't that kill the voice mail feature?) That's what I heard once ..... but I would like to be able to use apps I obtain "in the wild" instead of the itunes store. I would need to jailbreak the phone wouldn't I? I would hate to render the phone useless like that mass bricking Apple brought about over a year ago.
