    CD/MP3 Burning Software

I use to use Musicmatch and then Yahoo's burning software. Lets just say I haven't burned any music CD's in a long time, since my MP3 player. I thought about installing an old version of Musicmatch, but wanted to see if anyone could recommend something better for burning CD's. Any thoughts? I don't care if it's not free, as I may try out their demo ware...wink wink, nudge nudge.

Nero seems to fulfill most of my needs. If you're into other type of higher density optical media it will burn those too...wink wink, nudge nudge.

Fuck Nero!! I've been using Nero for years and it is not what I'm looking for in a burner for music. Other that sound normalization it doesn't have any other features. But thanks anyway!

Nothing personal, but I never liked itunes. It's far more than I want in a burner.

Don't know about all the other rippers, for CD's I've always stuck to just using Exact Audio Copy and for mp3's I've always used the LAME encoder.

Thanks pooter! I will give it a try. It looks good from what I read so far.

Fuck! How much rep do you have to spread around before you can rep the same person again? It seems like it takes more with the new look format, but I could be mistaken.

There's a little learning curve with EAC, but there is with any good software, and besides, that's what hydrogenaudio's forums are for.

I think your right, I've wanted to spread rep around but it demands that I still have to spread even more of it around, or you can only hand out so much in 24 hours blah blah, and that really sucks.

    I like how it says:

"Thanks for adding reputation to this user. May you be lucky enough to receive the same Reputation back in turn."

Sounds kinda like rep whoring to me! Damn DOUCHER!
