What's Your Favorite Arnold Schwarzenneger Movie

My personal favorite is "total recall", I watched it the other day and although it's definitely dated the plot is still awesome and the action kickass.

WTF...I can't edit a poll? What kind of mod am I?

    It's just "Predator."

I'm thinking the TV series ruined the Terminator for me enough to vote for Total Recall. Some slightly oldskool stuff, that's for sure. :)

Damn you for making me think about all of these old Schwarzenegger movies.

I'll stick with Commando, but if anyone could hope to successfully argue the point, their only hope would be with The Running Man. It fucking rocked me like a hurricane.

There's nothing to say about Arnie without DeVito.

Total Recall is bad ass, and it is also surprisingly deep. It asks the question, "what makes a man?" Is it the memories, or what one chooses to do. It also delves into the idea of memories and how they are ephemeral and subject to interpretation.

    Plus, explosions and three-breasted mutants.
"There's a passage I got memorized. Ezekiel 25:17... I been sayin' that shit for years. And if you ever heard it, it meant your ass. I never really questioned what it meant. I thought it was just a cold-blooded thing to say to a motherfucker before you popped a cap in his ass. But I saw some shit this mornin' made me think twice… The truth is you're the weak. And I'm the tyranny of evil men. But I'm tryin', Ringo. I'm tryin' real hard to be a shepherd."

Conan the Barbarian. Definitely the pinnacle of his career.

I think Total Recall is my fave too. I grabbed a High Def version a few weeks ago and it rocked! T2 is a close second and on some days might eclipse Total Recall. I like Recall because [SPOILER ALERT AHEAD!-->] of the ending and the "Blue Sky On Mars" tip that lets you know the entire film was a fantasy. Twins is my fave comedy of his.
