In this video you see a cop stopping a girl for riding her bike on the sidewalk, he then pepersprays himself in the face. Later he punches the girl atleast 4 times.

Well considering that you usually only get a fine for riding your bike on the sidewalk they had no right to arrest her for that. However, she should not have resisted arrest, and its clear that she was fighting with them because she had drugs on her. If I had to guess, the cops probably knew about the drugs she had one her, and made the excuse of her riding on the sidewalk to search her. Especially considering there were 2 cruisers present, they knew there was more going down. She will probably get off on those charges however since the cops totally did not follow proper procedure.

i agree with this and you get a few peeks in that video that kind of show the "more mature" womanly image. well cops should not beat people anyways so i feel like this is kind of messed up. also why would there be backup unless there was a bigger story behind it. like said above.:icon_thum
