Should Bush be hanged for war crimes?

Now that Bush is no longer prez we are not breaking any rules by making threads about hanging the scumbag.

The case is clear. In the aftermath of WW2 we hanged many Germans and Japs for such crimes as "waging aggressive war" and "conspiring to commit crimes against peace". Clearly Bush is guilty of both these things and more, including torture, kidnapping, war crimes and possibly genocide.

After WW2 the American judge at Nuremberg described waging aggressive war as "the supreme international crime....differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole". In my opinion the West should apply to itself the same standards as it applies to everyone else and we should hang this scum. Rumsfeld, Rice and Cheney should be swinging alongside him on the gallows

I don't believe he should be hanged. I want him to be stripped of his possessions and benefits and I hope he lives a long life so he can see that history won't vindicate his crimes.
