    hiya,i'm desperately looking for recycle,can't find it...

    No requesting warez. Although you might want to look into an opensource program called Audacity.

    Audacity is completely different to recycle, so wouldn't be much use to the OP.

    http://free-loops.com/software-67.html has a fully functioning demo.

    helpful hint: try appending the word "torrent" to any google search.

    Isn't recylce just designed to cut out loops, and modify waveform?

    I know what you're getting at, but it uses .REX (REcycle eXport) for specifically importing into Reason.

    Kind of looked into it a bit more, I guess Recycle is just a more streamlined application for the purpose. Probably would not take much for someone to modify audacity to do the task, maybe you will see it in the future.
