Ok so on halloween im either go on a pub crawl or going to this crazy halloween party. Anyways the next day I work very early , gay i know, so should i get shitfaced and have a good time cause i mean its halloween and then still be drunk at work, by the way i have to drive there, or not drink at all.

Not drinking at all sounds like the best move to me. I haven't consumed one single drop of alcohol since Sept. 16. 1994. Don't miss it either!!
Yeah, that probably is the best move. Though if it was me, I'd drink but not drive the next day. I haven't had a drop of alcohol since last night. And I miss it (just some)!
I guess it depends on what you do for a job. I've had some horrible days drunk or with a hangover but I find you will always get through the day. Best to get public transport or a cab though.

I don't mind a drink or two once in a while, but that's about it. I've never had a problem with it, fortunately.
