Beware When You Purchase The Download ImTooDVD .

The product maybe okay but the company that owns this software certainly doesn't believe in customer service or support. I was going to buy this software by downloading it from their website, and I followed all the links and followed the instructions, in order to pay for this product. However, once my payment was received, they sent me the wrong activation code, so I wasn't able to use the product. No matter how many times I explained which software I purchased and what activation code I required, they totally ignored me. I am now in the process of trying to Cancel my order, and trying to get my money back, which seems to be a hard task indeed. I would certainly avoid trying to purchase the download version of this product.

If its through a credit card, just dispute the charge. Hell, last time I disputed it, they didn't even verify the claim and just refunded me my money.

if it is Visa they shouldnt give you a problem disputing the purchase

Hi Guys, its nice to see you again, not been around much as I have been resting up alot.

As for getting the refund, I will get my money back as I am going through the right process to do so, but its the principle of the way of which they have been treating me, with their lack of customer support and I wanted to make sure anyone thinking about this software, knew beforehand, of what they are letting themselves in for when dealing with this company.

i had given up paying for software a long time ago (except for games), and if morality is an issue for you, there's almost always a competent open source alternative.
