Oink's Bail extended Yet Again (28th July)

Although it hasn't been reported as yet, OiNK has today had his bail extended AGAIN!

Hmm, sounds like HM's finest are having a hard time getting a case together...

The douche bags of the RIAA equivalent assumed that it was a SCENE group/site/paid for membership.

They were wrong. They have no evidence.. The guy only downloads indie artist that are not affiliated with the IFPI. He never uploaded anything or shared anything that would get him in trouble, nor did he have any thing to bust him on. His xbox360 wasnt even flashed with the hacked firmware. There was never any movies on the site as well.. So its no federal crime either. All he could be in trouble for is assisting in copyright infringement which is probably pretty light or could be just probation of some sorts. A lot of stuff got uploaded early on the site but quickly got brought down as some was webrip, bad encoded files, and demos that sounded horrible. Usually scene releases would make it and they could be taken down if the average byte rate fell below 192 or had cracks in it.
