I am using a torrent site called btjunkie which opens up a window for a certain torrent....This happens to be What.cd (http://what.cd/login.php)
How the hell do you sign up? I always share torrents, and usually upload at 40kb/s minimum

Yah bro, its invite only. You can try their IRC channel and ask VERY politely for an invite, otherwise google "BitTorrent tracker invite trading" for a list of places....
You can always register with Demonoid.com on Fridays(?) to find music as well...

Ok what.cd is a private site but it is possible to get an invite if you can prove to them you know your stuff when it comes to encoding music, file types, and bit rates ... if you know about these things then go to this website run by them and they will interview you.. it's a very busy site so be prepared to wait. Be sure to follow their instructions to the letter.
