In your opinions, what's the best decentralized P2P network out there, strictly in terms of transfer speed (ie. swarming, etc...)? Don't care about anonymity, only decentralization. The last time I checked, Gnutella was king, is this still the case? The only other one I tried was Overnet, and that was horribly slow for some reason.

So what are your opinions?
