    Cinemageddon issues

Hello, first post, signed up to ask this hope someone can help me. Recently Cinemageddon website went down, when it came back I wasn't logged in and forgot my login details so used the password recovery which sends an email to me with a link to reset the password.... but their password recovery system doesn't work (I just get a message saying 'sorry pal not found'), there's no contact email to message any of their site admin so I'm kinda stuck. Could anyone who is a member on cinemageddon please provide an email for me to contact someone over there.

This is how many threads there are regarding your query...(<-- CLICK)
    It's called the "Search" function...

Helena P, congratulations on your truly useless reply, those threads aren't about what I've asked, so take your lame picard drawing and patronising, sarcastic reply and die deepthroating it.

10 threads and none of them actually about what I've asked about.

    mug.

Is there anybody on this board not a troll like Helena?

Well DF, I guess you should have done your own search.

Any non troll replies would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah helena, you are such a troll. stop being a troll. i should ban you now for your trolling.

Well NONE of those search results answer the question I asked, and a troll is someone who makes trouble on the net for no reason.... I'd say not actually helping me in the slightest and being rude about it is pretty troll like.

Thanks for the warning about insulting people, after being insulted myself.

I've clicked the link, none of the results appear to have any contact details for cinemageddon website admin or anything regarding their password recovery not working, her reply was insulting and you're insulting me too, but I get a warning for insulting people, perhaps if her reply wasn't so rude in the first place I'd speak to as spoken.

I'll assume now rather than help me you'll probably just ban me.

Nice way to treat new members to your site!

come down off your period before posting. it makes the rest of us happier.

EDIT: Helena is one of our more helpful and respected members. Getting pissed off because you didnt like the help she gave is a REALLY poor way to start your membership here. All she said was that you could have used a search function instead of bothering us. MOST questions can be answered this way. instead of taking her advice, you just badmouthed her, taking offence to something mundane. You are lucky I didn't ban you outright.

I did use the search function, nothing there about the specific question I'm asking, Helena might be a respected member but if she'd actually read what I'd asked she'd see how the threads in her link aren't actually helpful to me, excuse me responding to her unfriendly, unhelpful answer in the manner I did. I'm not on my period, I asked my question in the first place in a polite friendly manner!

    http://cinemageddon.org/recover.php

I used the email address you registered at zp with, and here is the message I received:
    "Success
A confirmation email has been mailed. Please allow a few minutes for the mail to arrive."

Yes Potato... I've done that myself about 8 times. every time I click the link that arrives in my email it simply directs to a page with the words:

    NOT FOUND

    sorry pal :(

Thankyou for trying for me though.

This is what I mean by their password recovery not working. It's a gmail address I used to register, but none of the emails in my gmail from them, contain my username or password even seperately from eachother. So my only solution would be to be able to contact a member of the Cinemageddon website admin, but without being able to login to the site I can't do this. This is why I'm asking if anyone who's a member over there can see any other contact email once logged in if they could pass it on to me, I don't particularly want to re-register and lose my ratio.

Seems like a lot of stuff is messed up over there right now. They did a server transfer and broke a bunch of things.

Have you tried their IRC channel?

The IRC channel is located at #cinemageddon on irc.cinemageddon.org
