Error Message

Help PLEASE.
I keep getting this message

Error:The process cannot acess the file because it is being used by another process.

I get it using either Bittorrent 6.0 or uTorrent 1.7.7

The file stops downloading and refuses to restart.
It happens on about 90% of the torrents.

I am getting quite frustrated and would appreciate any hints or suggestions.

I think I fixed it. Sorry to bother anybody. I changed the download directory and told my AV program to ignore that location and things seem to be working fine now.

Sounds like your antivirus was trying to scan the file while it was downloading- it would be a good idea to manually scan the downloaded files when they complete just to make sure :icon_salu

I actually only stopped the auto-protect scan. It was still included in the complete system scan, but thatnks for the reminder.
