Azureus problem

i am running vuze and also had run azureus 2.5 before, but having same problem: torrent which i finish downloading starts again and keep downloading further more then it's orignal size and keep going and never finish downloading....i tried reinstalling but no luck

My guess is there is a problem with the torrent and not Vuse. When you download with Azureus some of the packets are discarded if their checksum is bad (the checksum is the total of all of the bytes in the packet added together). If the data you are downloading from the source is not correct, it will keep discarding the data and never complete. This is one of the tricks the companies play that are trying to defeat piracy. In Azureus Vuse, go to the torrent, right click and view details, look at peers. If there is only 1 or 2 peers that are complete, you may as well give up trying to download the files, because that is what is happening. Also if there is no one at 100%, you probably have a fake file. Find another source.

From what you wrote in your post, that is what it sounds like the problem is.
