Live TV Streaming

I'd like to be able to watch a baseball game once in a while, but I live in Scotland and they don't do baseball over here.

Anyone know of any way I can hook in to a live local cable stream from the SF Bay Area? I've thought about buying a slingbox and getting my mother in law to install it (she lives in that baseball TV market,) just for this purpose, but there must be an easier way!

There are free tv streaming programs available online, those have hundreds of channels, i'm sure you would find your baseball game in there. I'm not going to give links to any in here, since i'm not sure whether it's ok to advertise, but google will help you, and wikipedia even has a list of such programs.
