What's Up With My Subscribed Threads List?

When I first joined here, any conversation I took part in showed up in my subscribed threads in UserCP, so I could check on the progress of conversations I had participated in. Then one day, it just stopped automatically logging them. I cleared my subscribed threads list, hoping maybe I had simply reached a limit, but to no avail. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if they were able to rectify it.

EDIT: To further clarify, I've reviewed all options (repeatedly) in the Control Panel in a vain attempt to turn something on/off that'll fix my problem.

This is for every topic. It used to work fine, ie: anything I posted in would become subscribed so I could go into UserCP to check up on conversation progression. One day it just stopped. Any topic, any thread I post in doesn't log for some reason anymore.

ok there use to be a feature where new posts would show up i would get them automatically in my control section via the user cp.
ok i can receive new threads by email but as far as other stuff i thought if i saw a new post it would automatically come into my inbox on zp with respect to the user cp section.

my threads or anyone elses that are posted should be automatically put into my inbox that is how i set it up before.
are they going to re add that feature?
