what does "Flush Torrents" mean?

Flush torrents is a feature used to tell the tracker what files you are seeding and which ones you aren't. E.g. If some torrents show up as seeding more than once, or torrents you have stopped seeding in your client still say seeding.

If everything looks ok then there is no need to use it.
