Today I received a message explaining that a California court has granted an injunction written and requested by Cayman Island’s Bank Julius Baer lawyers." This is very unusual... especially for a California court. California courts are notoriously liberal in their thinking and very biased toward free speech and press. I think this may be a case of stolen trade secrets of some such thing... anyway.. an injunction is only temporary.
