    safety in numbers

hello all, I'm new here and was hoping I could get some input or direction. I've been searching off and on for some time now, looking for a safe reliable proxy without speeds so slow they'd mock a dial-up user.
my current connection is 12meg down, so ideally I'd like find a service somewhere near that, without the monthly anal raping I've seen so far from large corporate geared proxies.
somewhere theres gotta be a service where a high speed home user can feel secure in his daily activities.

    any feedback would be welcomed

What is your location? Finding one close to you will help speed.

So you want a high speed, high anonymous, free proxy? I wish you luck, and please clue me in if you ever find one.
Nobody can start over and make a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.
