Yes I have as well, I have been going crazy trying to figure out why the site still has that message.
Actually I just figured it out. I had at one point edited a file by the name of "hosts" in the WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc directory. I had IP resolutions for what.cd and tracker.what.cd in there. Removed those entries and everything seems to be working fine now.. DOH! LOL
Did the same, all is working again.
