I've seen people suck up like no tomorrow to various tracker sites and was wondering, have you felt that some trackers do not deserve the reputation they have? At the same time I've felt that some 'lower level' trackers are underrated too.
Opinions?
The Daily Mirror is read by people who think they run the country; the Guardian is read by people who think they ought to run the country; the Times is read by people who actually do run the country; the Daily Mail is read by the wives of the people who run the country; the Financial Times is read by people who own the country; the Morning Star is read by people who think the country ought to be run by another country; and the Daily Telegraph is read by people who think it is.
torrentleech and SCC are crap in my opinion and are over rated. RevTT is only one that deserves the honors. I think that goem is underrated being a good website with nice rules. TopHos is also good looking.. yet underrated.
waffles and what are just too young to be rated but i think both added together make nothing but a sub-mini oink... files mean nothing without any leechers...
The reason some trackers are so coveted, is not neccsrily because they have alot of good content and a nice community, but because it is hard to get in. For example, look at UK-T, it's near impossible to join, and for that reason only, they are a "COOL" tracker. When in reality, it is just a average 0-DAY site and nothing more. Now, I'm not saying all high level trackers are over rated, because there lots that are awesome.
NO ONE EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION!!!
MI-BA-BLA-BA-SPLOSIONS!!!!
ZP'S MODDIN' MANATEE!
I wondered about FTN with all the hype it gets compared to similar high level trackers like ScT and think ScT wins between them two. I personally think UKNova and TheBox are underrated - though they are a British TV specialists. Speaking of content, in terms of quantity and variety, I thought Demonoid was good on that but other areas have let it down from being a much better tracker.
With me it's not so much the community feel and pretimes as such, nor the odd kB/s difference in download speed, but the quality and the variety of content. This is why I like Karagarga, though they have an annoying amount of torrents uploaded with no seeds last time I looked.

well if i ever get chance to get a account there again... last one got disabled because i never used the tracker i will see if its any better.
well one "tracker" that has got all the attention is Scenethe.net if you look at the front page it says members can sign up for beta members, lol and some guy actually asked for this "trackers" invite.
people are praising a tracker that doesnt even exsit, someone was bored and just made a website on a free host and now everywhere people are starting to talk about it.
just shows you how it works
