    Are we even sure we can still call it metal? I think it's a bit premature.
    17 USC § 1008 Prohibition on certain infringement actions:

    New "fly-on-the-wall" footage of Metallica in the studio working on its new album has surfaced on the MissionMetallica.com web site and can be viewed here: May 27, May 28.
    As previously reported, Metallica has tapped Greg Fidelman — an engineer/producer who has worked with current Metallica producer Rick Rubin on albums for the Red Hot Chili Peppers, System Of A Down, Slipknot and Audioslave, among others — to mix the CD, which is due out in September.
