Anyone know the best program for testing CSS Sheets (cascaging style sheets) Like a program that will show every type of heading and color and text and how they will look with your cascading style sheet? would be a great prog I need please let me know thanks!

but what about from like a graphical or template layout format... something that will show all headings and typecasts and coloors i just got to make it in dreamweaver? what is your choice for web development, or css development you know any good links for css?

You can use dreamweaver to create css. You can do everything just using the mouse with no need for writing code, and you can preview in real time. I usually use dreamweaver for finding the right tags but most tims I weite the code.
