I need help on identifying if a torrent is a bait

I downloaded a PSP game called "killzone: liberation" off www.torrentspy.com. After downloading it, I got an e-mail saying that I downloaded the game from a bait torrent. What happened was, the bait torrent tract my IP address after completing the download, and sent an e-mail to my internet service provider. Then my internet service provider sent me an e-mail saying that I downloaded something illegal, then it said if I do it again, it can result to my internet getting disconnected.

So my question is, is there a way to find out if the download is a bait or not? Thanks in advance.

May I suggest you check out the "open signup" thread in the bitorrent forum and get into some private trackers. HelenaP works hard and posts when many trackers have open signups.

Just remember to seed when you finish downloading :)

Oh ok thanks a lot everyone, I really appreciate the help. If torrentspy's that bad, can you recommend me another site to download PSP games from? Thanks in advance, help will be greatly appreciated.
