    utorrent problems

I recently got FiOS and the connection at speakeasy says that im getting, roughly 5mbps down and 1.6mbps up. But utorrent cant exceed 630kb/s down and 40kb/s up. Is there something I should know about utorrent, and should I migrate to a new client?

The bandwith from your ISP is measured in bits (denoted as a lower case 'b' such as kb/s) while utorrent works in bytes (denoted as an upper case 'B' such as kB/s). 1 byte is equal to 8 bits.

    5 mb (or 5 megabits) = 640 kB (or 640 kilobytes)

You're getting what you're supposed to.
