The more obscure the property, the less likely it's getting policed. Turntablism is pretty obscure, making it, imo, pretty safe to DL from public trackers. Isohunt has a lot of it, as does Demonoid. It was a few months ago, but I was able to track down an insane amount of Qbert/Invisibl Scratch Piklz on isohunt.
