I took your advice and tried EMule. Took me a few minutes to figure out that I needed to add some servers but then I connected immediately!
Now there are two sources instead of just one for what I was looking for, but at least I've doubled my chances.

yeah if you increase the number of possible resources for each file, and leave emule running non-stop, then the chances of getting fles is greatly increased

Just out of curiousity. What is this program you've been looking for??? If you wanna keep it secret, that's fine too, but I thought I would ask anyway.
No secret (and if anyone wants to help out with an FTP, I'd be grateful).
Am looking for Websphere MQ or the slightly older MQ Series 5.2.
I have no knowledge of this program but my son does and he only has a 56K connection so I'm trying to be a helpful mama.
