Like they say, the idea of weather control has been around for ages, but it'll be interesting to see if this even gets implemented.

This is just a temporary fix to the bigger problem of global climate change. Granted, not all weather disasters are a result of that, but it is argued that their frequency has increased as a result. No need to go further into recapping the debate of global warming though.

Anyhow, this sounds to me to be a pretty feasible idea, hopefully at least testing will get started sooner than later.
