I've narrowed it down to the top four here with links to the vids for your perusal.

For my money, Undefeatable gets the win for the supreme acting seen here between the 7th and 10th seconds.

2:33 and 2:44 are little gems as well.

I think he graduated from the Peter North School of Drama.

My vote is for Undefeatable as well, although the I hear the (formerly known as) East German judge is giving Gymkata a 9.2. Impressive!

Enter the Dragon 2 with Chuck & Bruce was the best martial arts movie fight scene ever. In my humble honest opinion, of course.

It's the fight scene in the South Park episode "Cripple Fight" hands down.I don't even care if it's not a movie, it still transcends anything ever filmed.

Of course why didn't I think of that. Outstanding.

I've always liked the fight scene between John Goodman and Nicholas Cage in "Raising Arizona". For whatever reason I laughed my ass off the first time I saw that.

Good to see the user "cheapprick" posting something worthwhile for a change. These clips showcase everything that is best about swaggering, violent, ballbusting machismo. I particularly enjoyed the wide eyed stare downs and 80s poodle perms in undefeatable.

But I think you forgot a few classic clips, for example the legendary Jean Claude Van Damme's ""drunk dance" rumble" scene from kickboxer.

My personal favorite, however is Sherlock Holmes who gives a classic tour de force on how a gentleman deals with a "ruffian".[/QUOTE] Note the classic defensive stance adopted 50 seconds in, followed by some intricate footwork. The ruffian is dispatched henceforth with a neatly delivered left jab to the chin. Elementary really.

    too late 2 vote, but...

I can't dig martial art films but has anyone ever seen the fight scene in Airplane? The 2 girl scouts put the hurtin' on one another, its hilarious! Also, Queen Latifah's scrap with the snooty white bitch...excellent cinema.

Not to mention the onlooker's gasps that erupt after said footwork- gasps that would probably be more appropriate for a flasher with a 15" member than a prancer doing a quick boxstep.

I'm sorry, but they are all trumped by this gem.

My vote isn't a movie scene but the first of the Peter Vs The Chicken in The Family Guy. To quote Peter Griffin, freakin' sweet.
