It only has CBS shows, but the CBS.com web site is streaming episodes in HD now, which made my day. It is commercial supported, but the advantage is that it'll actually play in offices and stuff (at least it does in mine) unlike some other TV sites, and it's just one commercial unlike a full commercial break. It has How I Met Your Mother, Swingtown, CSI, Big Bang Theory, Numb3rs, and remastered episodes of the original Star Trek (my current addiction).

It only works in America at present (unless you want to VPN it, of course), and you need a fast connection.
