Also...incase they don't bother mentioning it. Make sure you don't resize when you convert with Tmpeg. It causes the already slightly block DivX file to look even worse in mpeg1 format. Just give it the command to fill the screen NOT resize and yer all good.
You may get small black lines around the whole image once it's on a VCD. But it keeps the image from looking like a blocky mess.
