Today Amazon.com announced the launch of a public beta of "Amazon MP3," a new digital music download store promising Earth’s biggest selection of a la carte DRM-free MP3 music downloads. Excellent step by Amazon, the DRM music just makes it a pain in the ass to burn cd's and put the music on mp3 players.
